This is currently a brochure-style website with no accounts, e-commerce, or tracking by default. The personal data we process is limited to what you choose to share with us:
- Contact requests — if you email us at pintoarchbv@gmail.com or use a contact form we later add, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message, plus any other details you choose to include.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (processors), such as our email provider and website hosting provider, strictly to deliver our services to you. Current providers include:
- Email: Google (Gmail/Google Workspace) — Google LLC, United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, this relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.
- Website hosting: OVH — hosted in Canada.
5. How long we keep your data
Contact request data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any related follow-up, and is deleted or anonymised after [e.g. 24 months] of inactivity, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
